Indian Railways JE Expected Cut-Off Scores

The RRB JE (junior engineer) cut-off marks vary and depend on the zone and category of the RRB JE, i.e., RRB JE 1,2,3,4 and 5 engineers-in-training. These scores are very low pass marks and have to be achieved in order for candidates to progress in the selection cycle. Below is a table detailing the expected cut-off scores:
- Number of Candidates: High competition can raise the cut-off scores.
- Exam Difficulty: A challenging exam may lead to slightly lower cut-offs.
- Vacancy Availability: Limited vacancies can increase competition and cut-offs
- Junior Engineer Result Preparation Process
Answer Key Release: RRB uploads an interim answer key after the exam. This makes the subjects able to verify the response and to notice irregularities in the response of the subject. If errors or inconsistencies are found by candidates, they are welcome to file objections under the existing system, which usually comes with a fee.
Final Answer Key: Thereafter, the Methodical review of all objections received is carried out by RRB. On the basis of appropriate inputs, the required amendments are carried out, and ultimately, the answer key is made available. Results from candidates are checked against the final version to determine whether they are accurate. Based on the final result, RRB determines the results and selects some candidates to take part in the next selection.
